Mods for LOBO Controller

1)  Removed U9, replaced with equivalent spare gates, i.e., U23A and U24D.
2)  U23 and U24 have incorrect power nets VCC and GND, should be REG5V and DGND (these weren't getting powered as a result)
3)  Added missing net connection at pin 1 of C5 to pin 1 of JP11.
4)  Modify trace width for routes from from J6 are signal size, should be power
5)  Removed 10k pullup R24 on -MCLR line at pins 1 and 2 of SW1, was interferring with power up
6)  Moved 10k pullup R24 to -CS0 line, pin 11 U23E
7)  Moved pin1 of C2 from pin 1 of R9 to pin 2 of R9
8)  Moved pin1 of C3 from pin 1 of R11 to pin 2 of R11
9)  Modified pinouts for U18, it was for SMT version changed to thru hole pinouts
10) Added required 10k pullup, R40, on U18 data line
11) Changed J3 from horizontal to vertical type
12) Changed J5, J6, J7 and J10 connectors from 5.08mm pitch (On Shore) to 3.5mm pitch (Phoenix Contact).
13) An opto isolator was added, ISO1
14) Part decal for both U1 and U19 is backwards, should be pin1 on the bottom of the coin cell pin 2 on the top
15) Board needs silkscreen callouts, for all plugs and jumpers, there is very little if any currently, I can advise
