Mods for LOBO MODEM Interface

1) Two resistors, R10 and R11 added.
2) Two FETs, Q5 and Q6 added.
3) Input Voltage at pin 16 of J4 changed to ISO5V from ISO3.3V.
4) I/O lines into U1 RS232 transceiver swapped.
5) Silkscreen for D1 and D2 has mark at cathode, should be 
   changed to have mark at anode for these LEDs, see datasheet.
6) C17 should be placed underneath J4 to provide best decoupling
   into pins 1 and 16 of J4.
7) PCB module for J4 has two mounting holes, these should be removed.
